While exotic meats like cow tongue and intestines are on the menu, you don’t have to order them. Chicken is fine. Not much beats their toasty chicken quesadilla with fresh onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro on the side. Cover it with both red and green hot sauces and chase it with a grapefruit soda for the best lunch ever. It is no surprise that word of the place is getting around.
